Yes,SAT is one of the important factor to meet the minimum requirements of the university and if the university does not require also its always recommended to take SAT because that will be an add on point in your profile.And most of the top universities require SAT1 and SAT 2 both.

I am looking for Universities which offer MS courses in Biochemistry or Biotechnology.Also, I am specific whether the Universities consider students with a 15yr educational background into MS courses. Please help.

for doing a phd, you will need to select the appropriate college and then engage in the application process; you might have to appear for GRE and then apply with your recommendations and gre scores;
