I want to be in technical specialisation
That’s great purushp. Don’t forget to check out our US School Finder, it can help you find the program you’re looking for. Is there any specific type of technical specialization you’re interested in?
I am a polymer engineer. Now I am eager to do MS in specialising specific materials like composites or to specialise in technologies dealing with materials. I am also thinking about technical writing before doing MS. Please explain me if you know its scope and career path.
Could someone please explain what technical writing actually is? Sounds intriguing.
Technical writing is a form of writing used in engineering and computer science environments. It basically involves getting information from original sources or experts on the subject and rewriting it into a general format that can be understood by anybody who may need to use that information. I believe you learn technical writing while studying an undergraduate degree in a technical discipline such as engineering. Doing some technical writing is a good way to demonstrate your proficiency and skills on a subject.
