hi atindra singh ,i want to pursue MS in CS in fall 2009.MY gre score is 940 and toeflis awaited,having work of around 1.5+ yrs in ISP.

Since your GRE score is only 940 and you are looking to pursue MS in CS, you will find very few decent universities into which you can get admission. I suggest you to take GRE again if it is feasible.
If you have GRE score less than 1000 and looking for decent university to study, then Southern Polytechnic State University will be the good choice.
Besides this you can consider the following universities …
University of Wyoming
South Dakota State University
